Robbie receives award at the Royal Highland Show.
The Perth Cattle Market, in recognition of his dedication and willingness to help wherever possible, proposed Robbie as their candidate for the Scottish Agricultural Society "Unsung Hero of the Year" award. The award was duly presented to Robbie by the RHS at the award ceremony during their annual show at Ingleston.
Hearing about the award, Chatters' had to have a photo. Robbie kindly agreed, so here he is with his award trophy and certificate.
Robbie, from all of us in the Rotary Club of Perth Kinnoull, congratulations, an award thoroughly deserved!

earlier this year but already his enthusiasm, and
relaxed, efficient approach have made their impression. Robbie
portrays what is important in life ..... friendship and
community spirit. )
RHS sequel
An honourable mention goes to Donald MacDonald in the competition for the best caption for the photo of Ian Brown stroking a Belgian Blue bull at the Royal Highland Show. (see Chatters July 2006)
An interesting combination--Brown mixed with Blue comes out as a nice shade of Lilac!
