Club member Steve Fairlie was driving home from work and spotted fellow Rotarian, the Green Fingered George Delgaty, tending to the floral wheel at the western entrance to Perth at Charlotte Gate. Couldn't resist stopping to take a picture of George hard at work. Well done George.
