Elaine, who is the Perth & Kinross Development Librarian, gave us a fascinating look at the 21st Century Library Service which is now operating for our benefit throughout the county.  She spoke of the traditional libraries, the mobile libraries visiting villages, schools and care homes, and of the huge rise in internet and electronic services which are now available.
