Elspeth Bruce, representing Perth in Bloom and Beautiful Perth, gave us an insight into how our city has been transformed into an award-winning, attractive environment in which to live and work.

We were shown before and after pictures to illustrate the transformation which has taken place in Perth during the last few years and Elspeth told us of the huge amount of community participation and corporate sponsorship which had made it all possible.

The Perth in Bloom and Beautiful Perth teams are to be congratulated on their attractive and colourful displays which make the city so attractive, and for their continuing success in competition.
