Tuesday 21st September saw us joined by Gordon Ferguson, who came to speak about the Letham4All project.
Gordon spent 30 years in retail, latterly in management, with the Co-op and has recently joined Letham4All as their Business Development manager.

A real eye-opening talk saw us learn about some of the services there, mainly community lead and rely on buy-in from the community. A main support the organisation offers is community fridges and tackling food poverty while also helping out with food waste.

The charity is in a real transitional stage at the moment with a state of the art facility being created in the heart of Letham at the former Live Active facility on Tweedsmuir Road and the club suggested we could get involved in helping out with some of the activity once the facilty is in place.

A really nice guy and we hope to see more of Gordon in future.
