Maureen O'Reilly, Perth & Kinross Council's very first Intergenerational Development Officer, visited us this evening to explain her new role.

She is originally from Edinburgh but has lived in Perthshire for 18 years.   Maureen previously worked for Arthritis Care, NHS Tayside, Marie Curie, and the British Red Cross.

She is currently using Perth Grammar School and the Community School Auchterarder as bases for her task of bringing the generations together.
